Application documents for applicants residing in Japan


 ・Applicants who has been in Japan and have some kinds of visa status of residence
  such as Spouse or Child of Japanese National, Dependent, Long Term Regident, etc.
  may enroll within the period permitted for stay in Japan.

 ・Forms marked (*) to be obtained from the YWCA 

 ・All documents must be original unless otherwise directed.


  * Visitors in Japan whose visa status is that of "Temporary visitor" or those who
   have no visa status (Visa ExcemptionAgreement) can only apply as applicants
   from abroad.


 Documents should be prepared by applicant



 1.Application Form (*)

 2.Japanese Language Background Questionnaire (*)

 3.Recent photograph (within 3 months, 4.5cm×3.5cm) ・・・4 copies

 4.A photo copy of passport

 5.A photo copy of Resident Card

 6.Resident Registration Certificate
    (listing all member of the family and containing all registered itmes)



 Documents shoule be prepared by guarantor



 1.Employment Certificate 

    Company Employee  : Employment Certificate issued by the employer

    Self-employed : Registration Certificate of Business License
               or copy of Final Incomes Tax Return.

 2.Letter of Guarantee ( addressed to the Principal of the YWCA ) (*)

 3.Resident Registration Certificate
    (listing all member of the family and containing all registered itemes)



 Screening



 ・The screening will be conducted on the basis of the documents submitted.

 ・For applicants in Japan a personal interveiw will be required.
